Shifting cultural norms to put SEE in the spotlight

JTeen is a therapist-founded charity dedicated to supporting Jewish teenagers and young adults. Recognised as Helpline of the Year in 2024, JTeen offers confidential, anonymous support through phone, text, and WhatsApp, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and self-harm.

Our partnership with the charity was a perfect match from the get-go and resulted in a long-standing collaboration.

A full spectrum rebrand rooted in cultural insight

JTeen needed a new branding strategy that would resonate with young people and encourage them not to hesitate to seek help. Part of this project was a new logo, colour scheme, and website design that reflected their mission to provide accessible mental health resources.

The brand needed to be bold, empathetic, and speak directly to teens on their level. We created a fresh and modern logo using bright colours and bold typography that reflected the organisation’s mission to support and uplift young people and then rolled this aesthetic out across the website.

Looking into the future

The new brand strategy propelled JTeen to connect with more teenagers in need of support. Online engagement rose 37% within two months, and the new identity helped JTeen reach more young people and mental health professionals across the UK.
